The Association owns the beat, about 2900m left bank above and below Pony-y-Ddol road bridge. A long beat, which often yields fish.
Parking – Off road parking available near Pont-y-Ddol Road Bridge. (Key required, £5, telephone Membership Secretary for details) park in corral if cattle in fields to avoid damage to your car. Also parking at Ddol Farm for 3 cars only. (This is a NEW PARKING AREA FROM 2017 SEASON) Before you reach the stone farm buildings there's an open barn on the right. Parking here for THREE CARS between the RASAAA SIGNS.

Above Pont-y-Ddol Bridge is strictly restricted to RASAAA members only.
Please be aware that fishing is NOT PERMITTED in the area where the new power lines cross the river Elwy towards the lower end of our Pont y Ddol beat. Scottish Power are erecting warning signs to this effect - WE DO NOT OWN THE FISHING RIGHTS BETWEEN THE SIGNS. This is for your safety - the pylons are a wooden type and do not appear to be as high as the metal ones such as those at Bryn Polyn/Wern Ddu.
